Two Vehicle Personal Injury Accident 3-1-17 - Corrected

On March 1, 2017 at around 4:22pm the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a personal injury accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of 240th Street and 225th Avenue.

Dayton Willison (25) (17), of Milford, was northbound on 225th Avenue and failed to obey a stop sign.  Kendra Dorn (21), of Adrian, MN, was westbound on 240th Street and collided with Willison at the intersection.  Both vehicles came to rest in the northwest ditch.

Willison was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado and the damage was estimated at $20,000.  Willison was suspected of having serious or incapacitating injuries and was transported to the hospital.  He was cited for failure to obey stop sign.  A passenger in the vehicle suffered minor or non-incapacitating injuries.

Dorn was driving a 2003 Cadillac Escalade and the damage was estimated at $15,000.  No injuries were reported by Dorn.

The DCSO was assisted by the Milford Police Department, Milford Fire and Rescue, Lakes Regional Healthcare Ambulance, Bob’s Auto Body, and Jennings Tow and Repair.
