Rollover Accident 9-22-17

On September 22, 2017 at around 1:03am, the DCSO responded to a vehicle in the ditch in the 2400 block of 260th Street.  It was determined that the vehicle had rolled once coming to rest back on its wheels.

A male identified as Joshua Link (28), of Terril, was located outside of the vehicle.  It is unknown if he was ejected from the vehicle or not.  Link sustained possible or minor injuries.  Link was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

The vehicle was a 2001 Chevrolet K2500.  The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.  The vehicle was eastbound on 260th Street when the driver lost control of the vehicle.  The driver began to enter the south ditch when it struck a mailbox.  The vehicle then came back onto the roadway and then again went into the south ditch.  The vehicle then crossed the roadway and entered the north ditch causing the vehicle to roll.

The accident remains under investigation.
