Jensen, Hoffman, and Willison Arrested on Felony Drug Charges

Three arrests were made after a joint investigation with the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force.

Kelsey Jensen (25) of Sibley was arrested on April 22nd, 2015 and charged with:

  • Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine - Class B Felony
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Simple Misdemeanor

Jensen posted a $15,000 bond on April 29th, 2015.

Jeremy Hoffman (27) of Milford was arrested on April 22nd, 2015 and charged with:

  • Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Class B Felony
  • 3 Counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine Within 1000 Feet of a School – Class C Felony
  • 3 Counts of Gathering Where Controlled Substances Unlawfully Used – Class D Felony
  • Conspiracy – Class D Felony

Hoffman posted a $25,000 bond on April 24th, 2015.

Heath Willison (39) of Milford was arrested on April 24th, 2015 and charged with:

  • Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Class B Felony
  • 4 Counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine Within 1000 Feet of a School – Class C Felony
  • 4 Counts of Gathering Where Controlled Substances Unlawfully Used – Class D Felony
  • Conspiracy – Class D Felony

Willison is currently being held on a $25,000 bond.

The DCSO was assisted by the Spirit Lake Police Department, Okoboji Police Department, Milford Police Department, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, and the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
