On April 2, 2016 at around 5:50pm a deputy noticed a truck pulling a trailer with a UTV going northbound on Highway 71 and 165th Street.  The deputy observed the vehicle weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed.  When the deputy caught up to the vehicle, the vehicle was turning eastbound onto Highway 9.  Once the deputy was behind the vehicle it made a U-turn by Dairy Queen and went westbound on Highway 9 and did not stop at the Highway 9 & 71 intersection by Wal-Mart.  The deputy then attempted to stop the vehicle but the vehicle continued westbound on Highway 9 at speeds in excess of 100 mph.  The vehicle also failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 9 & 86.  The vehicle eventually stopped in the 1800 block of Highway 9.

The male driving the vehicle was identified as McCauley Arndt (20) of Milford.  It was determined that the vehicle was stolen from a residence in Wahpeton.
