 Paul Baldwin arrested on drug charges
DCSO arrested Paul M Baldwin (21) of Spirit Lake Iowa on Feb 20. Baldwin was stopped for a
traffic violation at approximately 10:30 pm in Okoboji. Drug paraphernalia and a substance
believed to be marijuana was located on a consent search of the vehicle. Baldwin was booked
into the Dickinson County Jail. A search of Baldwin's residence was conducted in the 800 block
of 26th street in Spirit Lake. Drug paraphernalia was also located at the residence.
Baldwin is charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of
drug paraphernalia.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty
